The name SunDew™ is derived from the fact that our science uses energy signatures, much like the sun, to provide health-boosting properties. Dew was a play on our old brand, Doux Soleil™, while emphasizing that our technology creates products that are essentially as safe to use as morning dew.

What is ORAC?
ORAC is an acronym for Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. Free radicals are atoms that are created as a result of normal metabolism, exercise, and normal cell function. They are also found in pollutants in the air, water, and food that we eat. They are implicated in many forms of disease as well as aging and skin wrinkles. An ORAC number is a measurement of a substance’s ability to absorb free radicals as a result of anti-oxidant capacity.

What does ORAC have to do with SunDew?
Through test results received from 3 different independent laboratories, Soleil LifeSciences has proven the SunDew line of products, specifically First Response and Immune Booster, to have an astronomical ORAC number. Ethyl alcohol kills organisms, including most bacteria, fungi, and many viruses. SunDew Hand Sanitizer contains 70% ethyl alcohol, making it one of the most effective sanitizers in the industry.

What does açaí oil do?
Açaí is rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3, C, and E, all of which contribute to skin health and regeneration. In SunDew Hand Sanitizer, it helps to keep hands smooth instead of rough from the germ-killing alcohol.

Usage

What’s the best method of use for the system collectively?
The Cold & Flu Defense System has four elements to keep you protected from illness. You should regularly use the Hand Sanitizer to keep germs from being transmitted from things you touch. Use Immune Booster twice daily for immune system support. When symptoms are suspected, use First Response as directed to fortify your immunity. Finally, if symptoms are not caught, do the above and include taking Cold & Flu Syrup, to treat the symptoms of the illness and alleviate suffering.

Will my kids like it?
SunDew’s products have been formulated to offer great taste as well as effectiveness. We at SunDew have gotten the opinions of our kids as well as other children to ensure we make a product that kids are not only willing but eager to take.

How many uses are in each bottle?
Hand Sanitizer supplies roughly 400 uses at 1 spray each. 32 oz. Immune Booster contains 15 servings of 2 oz. each. 24 oz. First Response contains 12 servings of 2 oz. each. Cold & Flu Syrup contains 16 doses at 1 oz. each.

It tastes good and my kids like it – does it actually work?

What’s the advantage of buying the whole system?

Shipping

My bottle spilled in transit. Can I get another?
Yes! Accidents happen. Our only request is that we receive the emptied, damaged bottle back in the mail showing and describing the reason for the spill.

How long should it take to receive my product?
This depends on where you are located. SunDew™ products are shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah. Standard shipping will deliver any order made by 11 am MST to anywhere in the continental United States within 5 business days. International orders will take varied lengths of time depending on location.

Do you offer any guarantees or insurance on shipping?

Shipping insurance up to $x is automatically provided with our freight contracts. We are not able to offer any guarantees as to timeliness or condition of the shipment except for our policy that we will replace verified damaged goods.

Will you ship internationally?
Yes. However, shipping promotions that do not specify international coverage are not applicable. International customers will be asked to pay for the entirety of the shipping cost. We will do our best to get the most competitive rates possible in all cases.
